Real Estate Shopping Cart

I have a service I provide at no obligation to clients. It gives you much more detailed information than the searches you find on the web. I set you up with a real estate shopping cart to automatically send you properties matching criteria you provide me. The program will populate your shopping cart with matches and email you a message when homes are added to the WNC MLS* Database. I can tailor your search to specific criteria such as: neighborhood, bedrooms, baths, acreage, price range, square footage, garage, basement. If you get any more specific you get into the "coded features" of the database and the search will get a little.....shall we say "murky". *(Western North Carolina, Multiple Listing Service)

 Green

What's with the green recycle symbol you ask? Well, now that you mention it.......my website is dedicated to improving our lifestyles and the world we live in. They call it being “Green”. A few of the latest buzz words are reduce, reuse, recycle, sustainability and renewability. It all has to do with a lifestyle/culture/economy based on environmentally sound principles (whatever environmentally sound means this week, but hey, we're trying!) I am in the process of focusing my site on this initiative. I am a long range vision type of person so I am shooting for a pretty nice place to live for my granddaughter's grandchildren. Plus, last time I looked the planet is a pretty big place and its not doing so good right now. When the majority of people living on the planet are still wondering how to provide adequate food and shelter for their families we have a ways to go. Please, enjoy yourself and look around at some of the links as I build the website.
